If you have an issue in life, you’ve tried everything in your power, but for some reason it’s just not working, you could benefit from hiring a Coach. Sometimes when we have a dream or a goal, we can get in our own way. This happens at a very subtle level: our emotions, beliefs and identities are not in sick with our desires at a subconscious level. Working with a Coach can help you get clarity on what you want, and clear any subconscious programming that might be holding you back.

Coaching is a form of talk-therapy centred around a goal. You choose one objective you wish to achieve or dream you wish to experience, and your Coach will support you in reaching that goal or dream in a specific time-frame.
Psychology, on the other hand, is another form of talk-therapy that involves understanding mental processes and behaviors, often addressing emotional and psychological issues. Psychologists help clients cope with deeper mental health challenges, and the process is usually longer.
Coaching is more goal-oriented and future-focused, while psychology heals past and present emotional issues.

Blisstopia has been influenced by Buddhism (which is a belief system, not a religion), but our approach is much wider than that.
